Q. Why DMTECH LCD TV is different from other brands ?
A. Only DMTECH brand LCD TV comes with the built-in DVD Player and Freeview functions.
Q. What is the quality like ?
A. We would like to say the best quality, equivalent to other famous brand TVs or better.
DMTECH LCD TV is made in South Korea where SAMSUNG and LG manufacture the LCD TV panels. Most of LCD TV panels used by DMTECH are from LG Phillips, one of the world best LCD panel manufacturer.
DMTECH has their own assembly plant in the Netherlands and they run the dedicated warranty centre in the U.K.
This means you can get a good after-sales support right in time from the U.K., unlike most non-branded TVs.
Q. Can all DMTECH LCD TVs be mounted on the wall ?
A. Of course, though the TV comes with its own stand you can easily remove the TV stand and put it on the wall using the DMTECH wall brackets or other compatible wall brackets.

Q. What is A-Grade ?
A. The A-grade product has been returned to the factory due to the customer change of mind, or due to minor fault. This A-grade product has been refurbished and chosen by the DMTech factory to meet their original quality standards and still comes with one year manufacturer warranty.
Available in the boxes with all the manual, power cable, and the remote control, but may have very minor scratches. The general performances are same as the original. Most A-grades look just like the original brand new. Therefore we recommend to try A-grade if you cannot afford to purchase the brand new TVs.
Q. How long it takes for the delivery ?
A. Normally we keep most items in stock. More than 95% of orders received before noon will be dispatched on the same day for next working day delivery. If a certain item runs out, then we list in our web-site so that customers know which items are available immediately.
Q. Can you deliver on Saturdays ?
A. Yes, we can arrange the Saturday delivery. But there is an extra surcharge for the Saturday delivery.
Q. Can I order any accessory or a part separately ?
A. Yes, we can also supply the remote controls, manuals, cables, TV stands, the power supply, and any other parts related with DMTECH LCD TVs.
Q. What is HD Ready ?
The best general indicator of TV picture quality is screen resolution. The resolution is made up of lines of pixels that display the picture. The greater the resolution the higher the picture detail will be. The resolution of a standard definition broadcasts is 576i (576 lines of 720 pixels each). HDTV will be broadcast in 2 different formats; 1080i and 720p.
1080i uses an ‘interlaced’ system which breaks the image into 2 fields and displays ‘odd’ and ‘even’ fields alternatively.
720p uses a ‘progressive’ system which displays each frame of the image as a whole.
Both formats are broadcast in widescreen.
In order to enjoy the benefits of HDTV you’ll first need an LCD, plasma or DLP television that is labelled ‘HD ready’. A TV may be labelled ‘HD ready’ if it meets the following criteria:
It must have a minimum resolution of 720 lines in wide aspect ratio.
It must support both 720p and 1080i formats
It must have a HDMI (High Definition Multimedia Interface) or DVI (Digital Video Interface) input that supports HDCP (copy protection)
It must be compatible with analogue HD sources (e.g. camcorders)
You’ll also need a HD receiver. Sky have launched their High Definition service and offer the widest range of HD programmes in the UK.
